Monsoon is the season where many changes occur in a climate where we enter from dry weather to moist. Monsoon also brings significant changes to our skin, by which we need to change and replace our daily routine skincare products
Every skin has to face different problems related to their skin type, but we always get confused about what to start, what products need to purchase, what suits our skin texture, and how long we need to use it.
Primarily sensitive and combination skin types had to face many difficulties and due to excess sebum produced on the skin, will clog pores and this result in acne breakout, to get rid of skin issues from the rainy season we also need a workout on our diet by avoiding oily foods and consuming organic products, etc.
Here there are a few tips for all skin types to follow in this monsoon season by which you can adopt healthy skin.
The Three steps principle every skin type need to follow before going to any tips because this chain of skin routine has its specialty to overcome skin issues.
Cleanser– Every day we apply different products to our face and simply washing your face can damage the skin texture, using a soft oil-free cleanser can remove dirt, oil, and leftover products from your skin.
Tonner– After cleansing apply a tonner to your face this helps to maintain your skin PH level and cleared the pores by which the skin breathes the fresh air.
Moisturizer– On rainy, we all try to skip moisturizers because the excess sebum produced on our skin makes us feel oily, but this is a myth though your skin is oily moisturizer is a must in all seasons this helps your skin from getting damaged.
The Skin routines depend on different skin types
Normal Skin– This skin does not produce excess sebum the skin glands excrete only the required amount of sebum which keeps the skin looking normal and not greasy, normal skin does not require special attention on the skin they can normally follow the above methods
Oily Skin– Excreting excess oil from skin glands makes you feel greasy and not fresh, to get oil into control cleanse your face three times a day and face scrub at least twice a week these products remove the excess oil produced on the skin and give a fresh look
Dry Skin– By not having the required amount of moisture on the face makes the skin dry and patchy, dry skin primarily needs to adopt lots of moisturizers and exfoliate the skin only once a week to protect skin from removing natural oils
Combination Skin– Some parts of the face become oily like the nose, chin, or forehead and other parts remain dry, the best way to protect it, is to separately take care of that parts rather than the whole face this gives a better result
Sensitive Skin- Most difficult skin type among all is sensitive skin, this skin needs to moisture gently and use chemical free and fragrances free products and it is better to go with organic products for sensitive skin
