Cycling activity is majorly concerned with health benefits as it marks itself as an Aerobic Activity. Cycling can be considered a professional Sporting activity or a normal Sporting activity. Cycling is also called bicycling or biking and people who engage in this activity are often referred to as cyclists, bicyclists or bikers.
Normal cycling activity can be included in a person’s daily routine by using a bicycle for a morning ride along with exercises or can be used for daily routine activities such as shopping, or going to school or the office.

Cycling increases metabolic rate making the body burn more calories and fat. Cycling along with a healthy diet makes the body strong along with proportionately losing weight.

Cycling is all about coordination, balance and concentration. Balancing one’s posture while concentrating on the path, makes the body stronger and mind sharper at the same time. It also helps to improve Ortho Arthritis problems by giving minimal stress to joints and making them work with capacity.

Mental health of the body increases as cycling helps the body relax. Fresh air inhalation reduces toxicity inside the body and mind. And as physical improvement of the body happens, mental improvement follows to path automatically.

Cycling not only helps humans but also nature. Using a cycle reduces pollution as it does not consume any fossil fuel to run thereby increasing air quality. It contributes less to noise pollution as compared to other heavy vehicles. It is easy to park anywhere, giving the rider a way to ride on roads and paths.

Despite a range of advantages cycling do stand with a few disadvantages such as instability in changing weather condition, being much time consuming and tiring over long distances, and cannot being utilized for larger loads of transportation. But as par speaking about health benefits cycling stands out to be the best exercise.
