TVS have entered the arena! With their latest Electric scooter, IQube TVS are now part of the EV market.
They have already launched the bike and it is getting a lot of applause. In this article, I shall talk about it in detail.
It’s being sold on the value of ₹1,08,675, a down payment starting at ₹5000.
First, let’s talk about Design
- iQube is equipped with crystal clear LED headlamps and Tail lamp.
- It also has what the company calls “Q-park” to help you park the bike.
- There is ample space for you to carry your bags and helmet.
- It also has a USB port with LED light in its storage.
TVS iQube Performance
If I have to be honest, I am not impressed by its performance.
- iQube’s highest speed is 78 Kmph.
- It can be driven for 75 km in one charge.
In my previous article, I wrote about Rivot Motors and their bike NX100, which is to be launched. But the Electric bike was also worth ₹1-1.2 lakhs, but it had a mileage of 250km in one charge.
And that beats TVS iQube at the performance as it is a better option than this if you want better performance at the same price.
Now let’s move on.
iQube is equipped with a silent hub-mounted motor of 4.4 kW, ensuring minimal power transmission loss.
It also has a 3 Li-ion battery backed by BMs and 3 years/50,000 km warranty.
The bike goes from 0-40 in 4.2 seconds.

Conclusion
TVS IQube is the company’s first attempt at EV, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. The bike is a good start if you are a learner or not travelling much. It is also a good way to come in contact with EVs.’
Everyone is praising it, and it seems the first attempt has been successful. Let’s hope for the best as the company is renowned for making great bikes, and there is no telling what they might bring to the table.
