    Nowadays, Everyone has become more conscious about health and their living lifestyle. Every individual is trying to live a life at its best, especially the food they are taking.

    Foods containing chemical compounds, pesticides & preservatives are hazardous and harmful to health. Consequently, the rise of organic food startups has taken place.

    Organic Food has elevated its importance in recent years in India and raised its importance globally. 

    As per the Agricultural & Processed Food Products, Export Development Authority (APEDA), the organic foods exported from India in 2016-17 is worth ₹24.77 billion, whereas, in 2017-18, they raised to ₹30 billion.

    After the wake of the covid-19 pandemic, humanity wants to learn how to keep viruses at bay. Under such situations, staying fit with a good immune system is important, which is possible only by taking natural meals.

    The organic startup has come up with various products from dairy farms to fruit jams and pulses to green veggies; they have served everything in a very organic way.  

    Here are some organic food startups which have placed their importance by serving their products.

    1. CAPRICORN FOOD PRODUCTS INDIA LTD (For fresh fruits)

    This company manufactures tropical fruits, vegetables, and fruit juices as per the customer’s requirements. The company has been providing services to people across the country and worldwide for over a decade.

    They serve fruit pulps & purees of tropical fruits like pomegranate, papaya, guava, pineapple, mango, etc., and also process vegetables, baby corn, gherkins, peppers, green peas & potatoes in frozen form.

    2. DOODHVALE (For dairy products)

    Doodhvale Milk is sourced from a hygiene farm and provides Hi-tech farm milk. Automated machines perform feeding, milking, and other tasks.

    The milk provided by Doodhvale is tested under different stages by more than 70 parameters. The pasteurizing & maintenance of milk is done at 3°C to prevent bacteria from products.

    The cattle are free from stress & they feed quality food to the cattle, and there is no artificial way of productivity like giving injections to the cattle for increasing the business.

    3. PURE ORGANIO (Spices & health powders)

    Pure Organio is a manufacturer of certified organic products that use the hand-pounded method to grind the species to maintain the nutrient value of the product.

    Items are collected directly from the individual farmers without any mediators to maintain good quality. The products are easily available at all online stores; you can order them anywhere.

    Some species are available in raw forms such as the Bay leaf, Black pepper, Black cardamom, and cloves. And some are in the form of powder-like chili, ginger, Indian gooseberry, etc.

    4. THE GOURMET JAR (Flavoured jams)

    This food company provides a variety of jams, sauces, ketchup, fruit spread, pasta & pizza spreads, and many more. It provides unique items where both adults and kids enjoy the savory.

    The items are available in different flavors like sweet, spicy, hot & whatnot. Seasonal fruits are always healthy to have, and a gourmet jar provides the products based on seasons which are made of good quality and fresh collection of fruits.
