For that, if you take a step to sleep for 30 minutes less, that’s okay but always try to wake up early in the morning and give at least 4-5 hours a day to yourself by doing meditation, exercise, reading and writing etc.
Following your dream and having a favourite breakfast, when you take charge of your morning, you can easily manage your day and time. That 4 – 5 hour gift to yourself without using mobile phones, without taking other opinions, feedback or any kind of reactions. Give every morning to yourself first.
