The Universe is a powerful force to be reckoned with. Not only is it extremely vast and more than we can fathom, but it also impacts us more than we think.
Some like to think every action, thought, and move they make or that happens in our lives has got to do with the universe’s direct effect.
Others feel as though their lives are entirely in their hands, and everything they do is a reaction to their actions and consequences.
Whether you are a realist or an idealist, manifestation has positive benefits for both ideologies.
So, what really is manifesting? What defines the Law of attraction? These questions are answered below.
Manifestation Broken Down
In simple terms, manifesting means believing and continuously enforcing the kind of lifestyle you want. This can be in the form of praying, meditating, writing or journaling and even subconsciously.
It is said by doing so, your feelings and thoughts ‘manifest’ and attract whatever you desire. It’s all about the energies. This is why they say the way you think can impact the situations in your life.
If you’re always pessimistic, you release low vibrational energy, which manifests into more problems and obstacles in your life.
Conversely, if you are always optimistic, you release high vibrational energy, which will allow opportunities and prosperity in your life.
That said, manifesting isn’t just about believing and asking the universe to guide you to get what you want. Yes, it does happen, and yes, I believe in it since I have had it work for me.
You also have to take action and make those things happen. You let the universe take charge, but it’s a 50-50 concept. By manifesting, you are working towards getting what you aspire to, whether it’s money, a new job, a house, a relationship, or anything.
Law of Attraction
To define it, it is a pseudoscience that states that positive and negative energy brings subsequent experiences in one’s life, as stated above.
Although there’s not much science to back up this theory, it’s more of experiencing it, so in a way, it’s about having faith, as with religion.
‘You attract what you think.’ ‘What you think, you become.’ Such well-known quotes stem from the very basis of the law of attraction. There are many ways to do this.
Steps to Manifest and Attract
- You are creating a clear image in your head of what you want. There are no mental blocks, no racing thoughts, just focusing on exactly what you aspire to do. This can be done through consistent meditation.
- The Third Eye Technique: It is very powerful and one which I also use. You meditate and focus on the centre of your forehead where your pineal gland is located, and visualise yourself in the place you want to be in or who you want to be with. There are meditation guides available on YouTube for this.
- You act as if you have already received what you want or where you want to be. The method of living in the state of the wish fulfilled is an excellent fuel for turning your desires into reality.
- Affirmations and Repetition: To affirm means to state what you are asking for. Instead of saying, I want to be wealthy, say, I am wealthy. Repeat such positive statements like they are mantras.
- You are having faith and releasing yourself into the universe. Once manifested, don’t think about it. ‘Set it and forget it.’ It remains in your subconscious mind so that it will manifest either way.
Manifestation has become a prevalent notion on social media as well, although it has been around for centuries. Whether you choose to believe in it or not, you can’t go wrong with it. It only has advantages and benefits, as long as your intent is true.
