1) Khichdi
Khichdi is the most famous tasty and healthy traditional recipe which can prepare at home easily. It is a mixture of rice pulses, and we can add fresh vegetables as per choice.
It is ready in some minutes, and we can enjoy this delicious cuisine at any time in the day.
2) Dosa
Although Dosa is a traditional dish of South India, now it has become a favorite all-around in India. Like Khichdi, it can also eat at any time in the day.
Mostly it is eatable in the morning time as breakfast. This recipe adds by a dietician to their diet plan because it needs very little healthy oil to prepare.
It prepares with a mixture of rice and pulses. We can serve with south region famous coconut chutney and sambhar.
3) Poha
Poha is a delicious and an all-time favorite food for every Indian. It is healthy in all sense because it is a form of rice. It is a very ready-to-eat recipe all-around.
It is very light in weight, and like other recipes, we can eat it at any time in the day. Because it is light in weight children can also eat.
It is famous as Indoori Poha in Indoor, Kandha Poha in Maharastra, and many more. We can see people eat everywhere in the morning time on the roadside. Almost all Indians used to eat at breakfast.
4) Idli
Like Dosa, Idli also came from South Indian Region. It is a very light dish to eat. Like another food, we can eat this at any time in the day.
It can prepare with semolina or with rice and pulses, and both ingredients are very easy to digest. It is famous almost everywhere in India. People used to enjoy this light-weighted meal mostly all the time.
It is not even available at the roadside, but we can see this menu card at big restaurants. We can eat it with coconut chutney and Sambhar. Sambhar prepares from pulse, which is also beneficial to the health.
5) Indian Chats
Indian chats are a mouth-watery traditional food of every Indian. When we talk about chats, we think about Golgappe, Bhelpuri, Papdi Chat, fruit chat, and many more.
But we talk about its healthy version to make these chats at home with only healthy ingredients. Chats are healthy snacks, but we can not eat them at any time, and we cannot eat more it can affect our health.
If we want to enjoy a chat, then do not eat at the roadside anywhere because we don’t know what type of spices they are using. Try to make it at home only.
Although, India is famous for its species. But if we want to make our body healthy, we have to use fewer spices while making food.
