Eating a large number of fats and proteins, especially from animal sources, can lead to heart diseases and can be a reason for cancer.
Cutting down on carbs suddenly and drastically can lead to temporary health problems like dizziness, headache, weakness, fatigue, constipation.
There can be other harmful effects on the body like kidney stones, Osteoporosis, and poor exercise capacity.
