In India, obesity is growing at an alarming rate and has led to serious health problems such as diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases, etc. Junk food, uncontrolled alcohol consumption and a sedentary lifestyle mainly account for the 20% of the country’s population to put on weight.
India is either known for malnutrition or the land of obesity. There is no middle ground where people focus on their health and fitness goals. But, what do people do nowadays? They lose weight to gain more weight. Fitness is about taking small steps to create a healthy lifestyle regularly. It should be instilled deeply in daily habits.
