You know, we are all living in a competitive world and we are all burdened with an abundance of work, roles, responsibilities, authority, and accountability that obviously lead to tiredness. But always feeling tired is not good at all.
SYMPTOMS OF TIREDNESS
- Irritative Behaviour
- Aggressive
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Sleepiness
Out of these above symptoms, the most common one is sleepiness. I also have seen the same in many people when anybody feels tired more often because of lack of sleep or not taking proper rest.
IMPACT ON PRODUCTIVITY
- When we feel tired, it reduces our ability to focus on work with intensity and leads to poor productivity.
- It has also been seen that when we are tired, we do not enjoy the work that is assigned to us.
- Due to tiredness, we have not felt energetic, which reduces our ability to think, imagine, and make decisions, again leading to negative results.
- Many times, we have a small quarrel with our bosses or colleagues just because of their irritable behavior due to tiredness that arises from disharmony in the organization.
- More often than not, I have seen that people are not able to coordinate among their colleagues, which reduces the efficiency of the organization.
HOW TO OVERCOME FROM TIREDNESS
- Eat healthy and have a balanced diet
- Take complete sleep
- Don’t take the stress
- Take a small nap
- Do some creative work like drawings, design thinking, and more
- Do exercises
Well, for the last one month I have also been feeling tired when I am working. Just a few days ago, I discussed with my former HOD and asked him, “Sir, I am not able to focus on my work because I am overburdened with lots of things.”
He said to bring efficiency and focus into your work, then start to take a small nap between your working hours. You will not believe it is really a working and more effective tool to avoid your tiredness.

SOME FACTS
According to research, they have found that those who take a small nap between their working hours are more productive as well as more energetic. As a result, many of the big organizations have started to give time to relax their employees.
Furthermore, some organizations open entertainment centers just to increase the increased efficiency of their employees.
CONCLUSION
You know, the world is growing at a very rapid speed, and competition is becoming more intense day by day. We can’t waste our time or reduce our work just because of tiredness. Instead, it would be better to implement all the tools that are mentioned above that will keep you energised, fresh, and free from stress.
