When analyzed, they found out across India can also use delivery services for other benefits. And this idea in India can also implement. They were seeing in India people are suffering from online services and no trust in online transportation services.
Delhivery services came to India like a boon before Delhivery courier services were not included some terms like delivery on time, payment modes, refunds, etc. After Delhivery, customer can track their products and have no worries if in case of refund and replacement.
Delhivery has a point-to-point model. The parcel is delivered to the customer directly rather than go to different places in this process. Delhivery has done over 28 crore delivery in the year 2021.
Transition Robotics Inc.
Transition Robotics Inc is a California-based company that was founded in 2011. It is used to deliver unmanned aerial system platforms. It also provides services like aerial photography, remote sensing, inspection, and surveys.

Delhivery acquired TRI.
The Chief Technology Officer, Kapil Bharati, mentioned that ” The acquisition of Transition Robotics Inc. would move forward to a new technology of drone services by which we can deliver our parcel as soon as possible. He said,” we are very excited about including a new change to our services.
It will make a good decision not only for the company’s but also for the country’s benefit. The acquisition of TRI is the second one after Spoton Logistics in August for $ 300 million.
The co-founder of TRI said we are very excited to share our experience in developing UAS solutions with Delhivery. We are very sure about our core technology and expertise; it will definitely make a great deal, and we are happy to be a part of this company.
