    BoAt (legitimate name “Imagine Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.”) is a Delhi-based Tech company that started in November 2013. BoAt markets earphones, headphones, stereos, travel chargers, and premium rugged cables.

    The boAt was co-established by Aman Gupta and Sameer Ashok Mehta. 

    Aman Gupta is co-founder and head promoting official of BoAt. Preceding co-establishing BoAt, Gupta was the head of deals at Harman International. He directed an arrangement of consumer hardware brands, including JBL, Harman Kardon, and AKG, which Harman International appropriates in India.

    Gupta’s first pioneering experience was as co-founder and CEO of Advanced Telemedia Pvt Ltd, which aided dispatch worldwide brands like Beats Audio, Sennheiser, and Telex, among others, in the Indian market. 

    Sameer Ashok Mehta is co-founder of BoAt. Mehta had pioneering and chief administration experience preceding co-establishing BoAt. He is a proprietor of Redwood Interactive, which appropriates computer gaming equipment and peripherals under the Redgear brand. Mehta is likewise chief at Kores India, a business claimed by his family. Mehta was delegated to his directorship at Kores India Limited in February 2010.

    HOW IT STARTED

    With an attitude to revolutionize consumer electronics, Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta together began a startup named boAt. This company began cable manufacturer and seller. The only point of boAt company was too fashionable, cheap, durable electronic items.

    Along these lines, both the founders with this attitude launched boAt in the year 2016. Aman Gupta boAt company was good to move their business from nothing to perhaps one of the best brands for earphones and earpod. 

    Enter the fourth year of their company. The Company began dominating in the market. boAt stands apart with 25 individuals and workplaces situated in Delhi and Mumbai and a colossal glad group of more than 8 lakh customers.

    The company focused on 3 significant market strategies to make a decent consumer base –

    The founders researched the products and made the products reasonable, strong, and fashionable. It focused on the customer-brand relationship where it considered the buyers as an individual from the Boat Family. The founders also focused a great deal on the brand Boat and presented it as an Indian brand.

    Consequently, they named the cricketers and the celebrities as the brand ambassadors of Boat because the Indians are extremely loved with cricket and Bollywood films. The boAt calls its image influencers “boAtheads.” Its image influencers incorporate Indian singers like Neha Kakkar and rapper Naved Shaikh (also known as Naezy) and athletes who prefer cricketers Hardik Pandya and Shreyas Iyer, among others. 

    Individuals would simply purchase the products once they see their favourites on the T.V. channels wearing or using the products. This is the reason Boat is selling four products each passing moment. These all assisted the company with making a great consumer base and become a billion-dollar company in India with intelligent valuing and appealing looks

    FINANCE

    When it comes to fundings, Company has raised an aggregate of   $ 116.3M in financing more than six rounds. Their latest financing was raised on Apr 16, 2021, from a Series B round. Five investors fund the Company. Qualcomm Ventures and Warburg Pincus are the most ongoing investors.

    MILESTONES

    The boAt company accomplishes various milestones. It’s been a couple of years. Since the origin of this company and, obtained over 8 lakh glad boAtheads. In F.Y. 2020, company has an income of ₹ 500 crores, up by 104% from the previous gain of ₹ 239 crores in F.Y. 2019.

    This company has been beneficial throughout the last five years, and they guarantee to achieve sales of more than 10,000 units every day and 4 to 5 million units per year.

    FUTURE PLANS

    boAt company has had a colossal effect throughout the last 5 years. After a massive jump, they have taken on the lookout and timed an enormous measure of income. This is not the end.

    Since many companies have been interested in the pattern of sound sets packaged with smartphones. companies with a sound set packaged as Apple have beaten, and Samsung has JBL.
