Despite technological advancement, 25% of food is lost or wasted due to spoilage, and this happens globally. To address this issue, Kavita came up with a solution to spoilage.
The company was started by Kavita Shukla a few years ago at a farmer’s market for $30 and is now working as a social enterprise.
Kavita Shukla started this work after being inspired by her grandmother’s home remedy. She gave her a homemade tea of several spices to ward off illness.
