Vaibhav has done his schooling at Delhi Public School – R. K. Puram and further his graduation in instrumentation and electronics. He has been a student enthusiast since his college days.
He spent two years as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science. Later, for further studies, he relocated to the United States and continued his studies in the fields of technology and engineering.
He is currently the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Hayden AI (Silicon Valley, USA), where he uses his expertise in AI and Robotics to improve travel frameworks around the world.
His most recent work has applications in building more brilliant urban communities and modernizing and improving traffic the board that will affect a large number of individuals.
Vaibhav is presently working with significant US state legislatures to carry out this innovation with plans to extend internationally.
A Prominent Problem in the Modern World

The solution to “Traffic Pollution” and Introduction to the first autonomous traffic management platform
This 36-year-old Indian born Engineer came with the intelligent idea to solve the urgent issue of traffic, which is genius itself and is the first time someone to address this problem on a global level with a notable solution.
A group of 30 capable researchers led by Mr Ghadiok and his tech designers has designed a camera-based discernment stage that can be sent in city armadas, such as travel transports and dump trucks, for mechanized traffic and leaving the executives.
The discernment framework constructs a rich 3D semantic guide of its current circumstance distinguishing articles, for example, path lines, stopping meters, traffic signs, fire hydrants, walkways, and crosswalks.
Outfitted with this guide and running profound learning-based PC vision calculations, the framework naturally distinguishes and recognizes infringement like wrongfully left vehicles in transport paths.
Reducing such infringement permits transports to move quicker. With each progressive pass, it refines this guide and updates it.

Hayden Al announced on September 21, 2021, that they had raised $20 million in series A funding led by TYH Ventures, with participation from previous investors Autotech Ventures, BootstrapLabs, and Modern Venture Partners.
This brings the company’s total funding to more than $30 million, which will be used to scale their Autonomous Traffic Management Platform and assist the leading Smart City Solutions provider in making traffic flow safer and more efficient using IoT and AI Technologies.
