    WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO BEING MENTALLY FIT?

    When we are talking about fitness, it includes two things. Physical fitness includes muscular strength, body composition, muscular endurance, etc, and mental fitness, which includes our emotions and psychological and social well-being. 

    Both are equally important in order to live a happy life. It doesn’t matter how strong you are in terms of muscles or weights, and it would not be for so long unless you are not mentally fit. 

    5 WAYS THAT YOU SHOULD FOLLOW IN ORDER TO KEEP YOURSELF MENTALLY FIT

    1 – MEDITATION:- It is something that will connect you with your soul and will lead to spiritual communication with your soul. Now there is no fixed time to do it. You can do this at any time, whenever you have time, but make sure you do it at a place where there is peace.

    2 – SPENT SOME TIME WITH NATURE:- Nature includes rivers, hills, gardens, animals, birds, etc. These are those things that were made by God. You can take the help of these in order to keep yourself calm by doing things like listening to the music of the flow of water, playing with the animals, exploring the beautiful flowers, or climbing a mountain in order to make yourself adventurous.

    3 – TRY TO BE NON-JUDGEMENTAL:- Many of us are judgemental in that we judge ourselves every time and in every situation. You know, these kinds of things not only bring negativity but also waste energy. According to the research, it is found that by being judgemental, we lose our ability to think and process. So make a promise to yourself that you will spend 2-3 hours every day that would be free from any kind of judgment. 

    4 – DEVOTE YOURSELF IN RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY:- Geeta says, “To find God should be the end goal of every human being. ” When you will devote yourself to religious activities like listening to devotional songs, preaching, going to religious places, etc., your stress will be released and you will feel better.

    5 – READING BOOKS:- Reading is something that will filter your mind with all the negativity and fill it with knowledge, ideas, thoughts, and principles. Look at any spiritual guru and ask them how they have acquired knowledge about mythology, dharma, and social science. Reading is another good way to keep yourself mentally fit. It will not only give you awareness but also develop your intellect.

    CONCLUSION

    It will work only when you will keep them in practice on a daily basis. I can bet you if you will implement all these above ways on regularly for the next 20 days, then you could positively improve your mental well-being.
